New Mexico Contractors License & Exam Prep
Obtain or Renew Your License in New Mexico
Prior to bidding on any project, a contractor's license in New Mexico is required. To obtain your license, you will need to pass the Business and Finance Exam along with your industry specific trade exam(s).
16 Hours of continuing education are required for each renewal (typically every 3 years).
