The Core
Tom Dorsey, Jr. is a hands-on, results-driven executive with over 20 years of industry experience. Though by trade he is an entrepreneur and business consultant, Tom is an educator at heart. His mantra is that "Learning has three styles: audio, visual, and kinesthetic. Ideal education incorporates all of those".
He is an alum of the University of Tennessee where he earned his MBA in Strategic Leadership as well as other degrees. Tom is a state approved instructor for numerous industries all over the country. Additionally, he is an IDECC certified instructor, licensed contractor, holds several ICC inspector certifications, and is OSHA 30 certified. Recently, both his company and individually were recipients of the 2020-21 GFEL USA Excellence in Education award. Tom is a hockey lover who also enjoys music, fishing, three putting, avoiding exercise, and coaching his sons in hockey.
Drew is a home inspection professional with over 15 years of industry experience in the construction industry. His mantra is that "People are capable of much more, if given conclusive environmental conditions in which to reach their full potential." He is an alum of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he earned his BA in Marketing. He is an IDECC certified instructor and RocketCert's 2021 Employee of the Year. Drew enjoys reading, cycling, golfing, and playing pickleball.
If you've ever been to the 423, you already know who Vance is. He's the coolest guy to ever walk through the doors of RocketCert. He's a better golfer than you. Your kids look up to him, and your parents wish you were more like him. Bring him to a party and watch all of your friends turn into his friends. He's the kind of guy to gets invited to weddings based solely on his swagger. It isn't uncommon for people to stop and ask him for his autograph while he's out grocery shopping. That extra batch of cookies your grandma made? It's for Vance.

The Heroes
John grew up in Tennessee and Georgia and received a Bachelors of Education from Tennessee State University. He worked eleven summers at a summer camp and spent five years in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician on a submarine. He enjoys hiking, gardening, and playing with his wife, daughter, and dog.

I believe in the power of a helping hand and strive to make every interaction meaningful and positive. When I'm not ensuring top-notch support, I'm exploring the world through the eyes of my son—we love playing with dinosaurs and watching Ms. Rachel together. I'm also passionate about food and photography, which allow me to capture and savor life's beautiful moments. Max is a marketing associate at RocketCert, LLC. Originally growing up near Cleveland, Ohio, Max later moved to Toledo to attend university.
Max's career trajectory led to a relocation to Knoxville in May 2022, driven by a desire to escape the overcast skies of Ohio and to explore new professional horizons.
Drawing from a diverse background that includes a passion for music cultivated during his earlier years, Max brings a multifaceted perspective to the role of Marketing Specialist. Beyond professional pursuits, Max harbors a penchant for automotive craftsmanship, finding solace in the meticulous tinkering with cars, bikes, and various motorized contraptions.
During moments of respite, Max takes pleasure in the simple joys of home life, often accompanied by the soothing presence of two cats. With great enthusiasm, Max embarks on this new chapter of the career journey, contributing expertise to the esteemed team at RocketCert, LLC, as they collectively strive for excellence.
