In addition, for the journeyman electrical license, Wyoming will only honor the reciprocation for a professional who has completed a USDOL-approved apprenticeship program that consists of no fewer than 576 hours of time in the classroom.

Furthermore, the Arkansas Board will only reciprocate original licenses from the above states. In other words, you cannot reciprocate a license that has already been reciprocated. Finally, a master electrician license can only be reciprocated in a state from the above list with a journeyman electrician license (except in Oregon, where you can reciprocate with a master license).
