Alaska (Home Inspector)
Alaska home inspector licenses must be renewed every biennially by June 30th of even years. To renew, licensees must complete 8 hours of CE for each renewal or 4 hours of CE for first time renewals. All training must be approved by the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
