Home Inspector Continuing Education & License Renewal
Alaska Home Inspectors are required to complete 4-8 hours of continuing education biennially by June 30th based on their exprience. Completion of these hours must be reported to the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development. What are the options for online home inspector courses in Alaska?
How do I renew my Home Inspector license in Alaska?
In Alaska, home inspector licenses must be filed for renewal every two years by June 30th. To renew your license, 4-8 hours of continuing education courses must be completed. First time renewals must complete 4 hours after which home inspectors must submit 8 hours of CE every renewal cycle. After completing the required continuing education, you must submit your renewal to the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
