An Inspector is a person employed by a local regulator, state regulator or compliance agency for the purpose of inspecting building, electrical, plumbing or mechanical construction, alteration, remodeling, repair or installation in accordance with the state construction codes adopted under Title 15A and taking appropriate action based upon the findings made during inspection.
