The International Mechanical Code (IMC®) establishes minimum regulations for mechanical systems using prescriptive and performance-related provisions. The IMC® was developed with broad-based principles that make possible the use of new and innovative materials, methods and design.

The 2024 IFGC® addresses the design and installation of fuel gas systems and gas fired appliances through prescriptive and performance requirements.

The 2024 IRC comprises all building, plumbing, mechanical, fuel gas, energy conservation and electrical requirements for one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses up to three stories.

Manual J 8th Edition is the national ANSI recognized standard for producing HVAC equipment sizing loads for single-family detached homes, small multi-unit structures, condominiums, town houses, and manufactured homes.
