No Pass No Pay
Once you purchase a course from RocketCert, LLC you have access to the course forever, which means you may take the course as many times as you need.
If you purchased a course and the appropriate books and do not pass the related exam within one year of purchasing the course then RocketCert, LLC will refund the cost of the course (not books, tabs, shipping) as long as you meet the following conditions.
- You have 1 year from the purchase of the course to take the exam.
- You completed all lessons.
- You PASSED all quizzes at least 1 time.
- You PASSED the TEST SIMULATION / PRACTICE EXAM at least 5 times.
- You must provide RocketCert, LLC with your exam score.
- You purchased and used all recommended reference materials and tabs.

RocketCert, LLC does not provide refunds for exam fees, books, tabs, or shipping. California Exam Prep courses written by Television Education are also NOT eligible. If you request a refund under this policy you will no longer have access to the course.
