Michigan Plumbing licensees are required to complete at least 5 hours of continuing education prior to each renewal. Plumbing Contractor licensees must complete the 5 hours of continuing education within one year of code adoption.

How do I renew my Plumbing license in Michigan?
In Michigan, plumbing codes are updated about every 3 years. Licenses expire on April 30th. To renew, complete the required hours of continuing education and submit your renewal to the State.
