Louisiana issues multiple types of Contractor licenses. The Mechanical Contractor license is valid for all Mechanical projects within the state, and licenses are required for any project totaling $10,000 or more. Some Mechanical projects involving plumbing, gas piping, and boilers may require additional licenses or licensed professionals. Louisiana also offers a Heat, A/C, Ventilation, Duct Work & Refrigeration License subclassification for individuals planning to work on HVAC and refrigeration systems only. The Business and Law course must be completed prior to the trade exam. The state does not require continuing education for this license.
Our exam prep is designed to help you pass your test the first time, and is backed with our no pass, no pay policy. All of our courses are available from almost any device, any time.
