Roofing Contractor Licensing, Education & Exam Prep

In Kansas, contractors are not required to obtain a license from the State. Even though the State does not directly license roofing contractors, you must first obtain a Roofing Contractor Registration Certificate from the Kansas Attorney General. After this, you are required to obtain a license through your local city, county, or jurisdiction. The information on this page is based on the requirements for Johnson County, Sedgwick County, Shawnee County, and Douglas County licenses.

At RocketCert, we offer industry leading exam prep to help you pass your exam on the first try. In addition, we stock the references that you need and can use during the exam. All of our training is available online to help you achieve your goal of obtaining a Kansas Roofing Contractor License.
