What are RocketCert's office hours?

You can reach us in the office Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 6 pm EST

Well, we're not exactly 24/7, but we do our best to be there when you need us! RocketCert's office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm EST. Thanks to the internet, you can also reach us when we're out of the office most of the time, too! Although we strive to be available 24/7 (and the boss would love it), we sometimes take time to be with our families. If you find yourself with a question for us go ahead and send us a message, we'll do our best to get back to you soon. In the off chance you haven't heard back from us in a few days, we're either on a company-wide vacation (never happened) or we are working diligently on a response and we'll be in touch soon.
