How long do I have access to an Exam Prep course?
Lifetime access for RocketCert-developed courses. California (Television Education) courses: 1 year, with extensions available.
How long do I have to complete a Continuing Education course?
Access until the course approval expires (we minimize gaps). Complete well before expiration to avoid restarting. Contact support for status.
Is my course narrated?
Continuing Education: Fully narrated (limited exceptions).
Exam Prep: Limited narration (mostly introductory); main content is self-paced with guides and questions. Highlighting Guides: Not narrated.
Is this course available in Spanish?
