What is the "No Pass No Pay" policy?
Pass guarantee: If you don't pass within 1 year (after full completion, passing quizzes once, practice exams 5 times, using recommended books/tabs), we'll refund the course cost (excludes books/tabs/shipping/fees). Provide score report; apply within 13 months. Not available in TN or states prohibiting it; CA Television Education courses excluded. Access revoked upon refund.
What qualifies as experience?

Can I bring in a different edition of a book into the exam?
Generally yes (newer editions allowed if core content matches). We bundle latest for current standards. Older editions are often permitted as well, it just depends on the exam. Look at the exam bulletin or give us a call and we will check for you!
