South Dakota Home Inspector Continuing Education
Home Inspector Continuing Education & License Renewal
South Dakota Licensed Home Inspectors are required to complete 24 hours of CE every two years, with the license expiring on November 30th. In order to renew your license, you must complete 24 hours of continuing education within each renewal cycle. Completion of these hours must be reported to the South Dakota Real Estate Commission. How do I renew my Home Inspector license in South Dakota?
Initial South Dakota home inspector licenses expire every two years on November 30th. To renew, licensees must complete 24 hours of approved continuing education courses. After that, you must submit your renewal to the South Dakota Real Estate Commission.
