Home Inspector Continuing Education & License Renewal
Oregon Licensed Home Inspectors are required to complete 30 hours of CE every two years, with the license expiring the original date of issuance. In order to renew your license, you must complete 30 hours of continuing education within each renewal cycle. Completion of these hours must be reported to the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB). Continuing education hours can be completed in an online, self-paced format with RocketCert. How do I renew my Home Inspector license in Oregon?
Initial Oregon home inspector licenses expire every two years on the date that you initially received your license. To renew, licensees must complete 30 hours of approved continuing education courses. After that, you must submit your renewal to the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
