Home Inspector Continuing Education & License Renewal
North Carolina Licensed Home Inspectors are required to complete 12 hours of CE every year before expiration on September 30th. Completion of these hours must be reported to the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board. Continuing education hours can be completed in an online, self-paced format with RocketCert. How do I renew my Home Inspector license in North Carolina?
Initial North Carolina home inspector licenses expire every on September 30th. To renew, licensees must complete 12 hours of approved continuing education courses with each renewal cycle. After that, you must submit your renewal to the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board.
