Home Inspector Continuing Education & License Renewal
New Mexico Licensed Home Inspectors are required to complete 60 hours of CE every renewal cycle. New Mexico home inspector licenses expire every three years on the day that you initially received your license. If a licensee has not possessed said license for the full 3 years, the CE hour requirement will be prorated. Completion of these hours must be reported to the New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department. Continuing education hours can be completed in an online, self-paced format with RocketCert. How do I renew my Home Inspector license in New Mexico?
Initial New Mexico home inspector licenses expire every three years on the initial licensure date. To renew, licensees must complete 60 hours of approved continuing education courses with each renewal cycle. After that, you must submit your renewal to the New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department.
