How do I obtain an Florida home inspector license?
To apply for your license, contact the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation at 850-487-1395 or visit their website.
Licensed home inspectors in Florida are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education. Certificate of completion will be required to renew your home inspector license, which expires biennially on July 31st of even-numbered years.
