Delaware Home Inspector Continuing Education
Home Inspector Continuing Education & License Renewal
Delaware Home Inspectors are required to complete 40 hours of continuing education every odd-numbered year by August 31st. If this is your first renewal and you have been licensed for more than one year, but less than two years, you must complete 20 hours of approved CE. If it's been less than one year since licensing, then you are not required to complete CE. Completion of these hours must be reported to the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation. How do I renew my Home Inspector license in Delaware?
In Delaware, home inspector licenses must be filed for renewal every year by August 31st. To renew, active licensees must complete 40 hours of continuing education courses. If this is your first renewal and you have been licensed for more than one year, but less than two years, you must complete 20 hours of approved CE. After that, you must submit your renewal to the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
