In state of Oregon, employees who serve alcohol in restaurants, taverns, nightclubs, bars, lounges, private clubs, and similar businesses must obtain an alcohol server permit. How do I obtain an alcohol service permit in Oregon?
In Oregon, you must complete an approved training course & exam to obtain your alcohol service permit. Once the training and exam is complete, you need to apply for your permit though the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission This certification must be renewed every 5 years from the date it was issued. For renewal you must take an approved training course.
