Plumbing Continuing Education
The South Dakota Plumbing Commission requires all license holders to complete 4 hours of approved continuing education prior to each renewal. All of the hours can currently be taken online. Our courses meet the continuing education requirements, but more importantly, they keep you engaged and give expert insight into code changes, developments in technology and designs, and more.

How do I renew my Plumbing license in South Dakota?
In South Dakota, the license expires every year. For example, if it was issued April 4th 20XX, it will expire April 4th, the next year. To renew, you are required to complete 4 hours of education and submit your renewal to the State.
