Electrical Continuing Education
To renew your license, Philadelphia electrical contractors and inspectors are required to complete approved continuing education courses. Electrical Inspectors must complete 12 hours of coursework while Electrical Contractors must complete 8 hours of coursework. How do I renew my Electrical license in Philadelphia?
Electrical licenses expire every year on the date it was issued. To renew, you are required to complete either 8 (Contractor) or 12 (Inspector) hours of coursework and submit your renewal to the Board.
