Oregon Residential Contractors are required to complete either 8 or 16 hours of continuing education every two years, depending on how long they have been licensed. 3 of the hours must be taken with the state. How do I renew my Residential Contractor license in Oregon?
In Oregon, contractor licenses expire every 2 years. The renewal date is based on the original issue date. Contractors licensed for both commercial and residential work are subject only to the commercial continuing education requirements. To renew, you are required to complete continuing education and submit your renewal to the State.
