How do I renew my Contractor license in Alaska?
In Alaska the license expires differently for each type. Journeyman Electrical licenses expire every two years on the anniversary of the license issue date. Electrical Administrator licenses expire every odd year on December 31st. To renew, you are required to complete the appropriate continuing education and submit your renewal to the Department of Commerce Community and Economic Development.
