If you hold a Contractor License in Alaska, you are required to obtain 16 hours of continuing education prior to each renewal. How do I renew my Contractor license in Alaska?
In Alaska Effective 10/1/2023, all General, Residential, Specialty, Mechanical & Handyman Construction Contractors professional license expiration dates will become 9/30 of even-numbered years, as will the expiration dates for residential contractor endorsement holders. To renew, you are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education and submit your renewal to the State.
