HVAC / Refrigeration Continuing Education
In Alabama you must renew your HVAC license and Refrigeration license each year. The board requires HVAC Contractors and Refrigeration Contractors to have at least 4 hours of continuing education completed by December of each year. The board also allows surplus hours completed to be carried over to the next renewal period, maximum 4 hours. How do I renew my HVAC or Refrigeration license in Alabama?
Ideally, the continuing education will be completed prior to Novembers 1st each year. However, the final deadline is December 31st. To renew, you are required to complete 4 hours of education and submit your renewal to the State.
