Home Inspector Continuing Education

California does not have home inspectors licenses or continuing education requirements. Many California home inspectors choose to join the California Real Estate Inspection Association which requires members to submit 30 continuing education credits per membership year. CREIA members must submit there credits by their membership renewal date. All training must be approved by the California Real Estate Inspection Association.
