California home inspectors are responsible for evaluating the structural integrity, safety, and functionality of residential properties. Their job involves conducting thorough inspections of homes to identify potential issues such as faulty electrical wiring, plumbing problems, or structural damage. Inspectors must adhere to industry standards and regulations, providing detailed reports to clients that outline findings and recommendations. Their expertise helps potential buyers and homeowners make informed decisions about the condition of a property.

California does not have home inspectors licenses or continuing education requirements. Many California home inspectors choose to join the California Real Estate Inspection Association which requires members to submit 30 continuing education credits per membership year. CREIA members must submit there credits by their membership renewal date. All training must be approved by the California Real Estate Inspection Association. We hope that you choose RocketCert to complete your California Home Inspector Continuing Education.
