Plumbing Contractor Continuing Education
In Georgia, plumbing contractors are required to complete 8 hours of continuing education every two years in order to renew their license. 4 hours of this education must be completed each year. Additionally, contractors who have been initially licensed for less than two years but more than one year must complete 4 hours of continuing education before their license can be renewed. Those who hold both a Master and Journeyman Plumbing license must complete a total of 8 hours of education upon renewal, with 4 hours completed each year.

In Georgia, the license expires November 30th of even years. To renew, you are required to complete 8 hours of education and submit your renewal to the State.
