Tennessee has changed its contractor trade exam provider from PSI to Prov. Beginning July 1, 2026, Prov will begin administering Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors exams. New exam scheduling beginning July 1 should be completed through Prov.

Candidates who already have a PSI exam appointment scheduled after July 1 may either keep their existing PSI appointment or schedule through Prov instead. PSI will continue administering currently scheduled exams through September.
